After waiting and waiting for my old blog to to updated, I decided to let it go and embrace something new! What a concept.
Speaking of "in with the new" I am happy to report that the new building is near completion. I think it will be like the pain of delivering a baby....all the frustration and headaches will be worth it all when open the doors and walk in.
So, be sure to join Debbie and me on Friday, June 15th at 7:00pm....in the new building....for our Holy Union. Everyone who wants to attend is invited. Invitations were only sent to family and friends who live out of town. The dress is casual; a reception will follow the ceremony.
Hopefully we can begin holding church services in the new building on Sunday, June 17th. I will keep you posted. What a blessing and joy it will be to finally have our new home! God has great things planned for Holy Cross MCC. Do not be discouraged and do not dispair....for God is with us and our church has a fantastic future.
