Worry Not, the Stone is Gone

On the first Easter Sunday, as the women made their way to the tomb of Jesus, they were worried. They had the oils and spices needed to anoint the body of Jesus, but they were concerned about the large, heavy stone that had been placed to secure the tomb. The good news is that when they arrived the stone was gone and the body of Jesus was not there, for He is Risen!
What are you worrying about today? God is still in the business of removing obstacles that keep us from life and life abundantly. Join us Sunday as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus! Come expecting your stone to be gone and leave in newness of life.
We now offer programming for children ages 3-9 as well as a youth group for teens. Our intent is to recruit more teachers so we can minister to all the children God brings our way. Just let me know if you would like to join this important ministry.
After the service we invite you to enjoy a special Easter brunch in the Fellowship House. And with all of the cute bunnies and eggs, let us remember, Easter is all about Jesus!
