This Sunday begins the season
of Epiphany, the season of illumination, understanding, and revelation. Who doesn't need some of that in their
life? By now some are wondering why they
made those New Year's resolutions that are so hard to keep. Others have already abandoned them and it's
only January 2nd.
There is a better way than
making resolutions and it consists of breaking some old habits, and forming a
few new ones. The average time it takes
to break or make a habit is 28 days.
Beginning Sunday, and running for 28 days, I want to share with you 28
benefits of light and how that light can help you make real and lasting changes
in your life.
